I just love those little booklets and had most of them, did you know Joe B once competed on same stage as Charles Atlas... David Gentle

Also loved this little book . Emphasis on total body .Good functional moves like the get-up and one handed side bend . Old Abe G upfront demoing . He was shown so much many considered him the ideal physique and he worked a lot in photo shoots . Weider grafted his head on Abe's body in the famous arms folded pose as a logo .

Thanks for posting this Diane.I have seen Bonomo's cable course but never this before.Like Chris says a basic, all round, full body routine.Interesting Progression system that could of course by altered to suit the individual.Some of the best physiques of the time modelling the exercises with quite good attention to detail of performance,what's not to like.
