For how long have you been doing Hatfield squat, do you prefer it over classic backsquat ? Also what's the brand of your ssb ?

For tip n°2, are you reffering to the technique of pulling the lats together while keeping the chest inflated during the going down part ? English is not my mother tongue so I'm not sure what you are talking about.
I'll also try tip n°1 in my next chest day.

I tried the standing version and it felt really good.
My gym is closed for now so I can't do the pulley version.
