Hi Parkules, Well Hoffman certainly did not like Joe Weider who was Jewish but i think it was more because Joe was taking business away from him and maybe taking potential lifters into full time bodybuilding. One thing I learned myself was not to train if I don't feel like training. I trained yesterday, and I don't think I'll go in until Friday. I'm confident that I will beat the weights I did on Tuesday.
