Re: full body

I would like to find out more information about the Don Dorans courses if you can find them. It's amazing what David has preserved, I will wait to find out if you can find the course.

Thanks

Re: antamo donnateli

Hello Ray, I was interested in Don Dorans as a trainer, but we don't find much information about how he got people to train in any records, as he seems to be very bespoke. Do you have any examples of how he trained you for a extended time? I've read the few tidbits that David has written about him a...

Re: full body

Has anyone still got the correspondence from Don Dorans?

I'd love to see how he planned it out so I can attempt his system.

Just want to know how Dorans knitted it all together.

Re: full body

Check the John Christy thread, there's a whole load of abbreviated full body 2x a week programs in there. If you can, try this Reg Park program, but it's higher volume. Re: Making adjustments

Also love the reg park weights! I finally got hold of some scrap 4x4 timber, so I built my rudimentary Squat stands. 2 buckets of concrete and wood, notch cut at the top the hold the barbell. IMG_20200520_202106_compress35.jpg That's 60kg, a warm up weight ~8 weeks ago. If I can high rep Squat 100kg...

Re: John Christy "lost" articles

After releasing the ebook I have found that someone who owns the book has promised to send me scans of the fat loss article.

So I hope to release an updated ebook soon.

Overall the feedback behind the project has been very positive.

Re: Making adjustments

Does anyone have any good tips for making barbells? I'm not sure my scaffold pole will take the weights needed going forwards long term. Barbells are still out of stock, I think I can risk 100kg on my setup currently but after my squat stands are made (now hardware shops are open again I can get the...
