I would lift my stones. Atlas Stone lift, from ground to shoulder. Most of the major muscle groups will be stimulated with the possible exception of the chest. Nevertheless, I still like my stones!

Hi Peter. Are you still using the same rep scheme? I always used to avoid high reps. And warm-ups used to consist of one light set. Now, for the heavier movements at least, I do an extensive warm-up. Just getting the blood flowing, and the area warm allows me to train hard, and not have to worry abo...
