Friday Timing of food, rest and the like was spot on so when I saw the weights flying on the bench press (training with Dom and Ken today) I upped it and took full advantage of the 'good day in the gym' feeling. I had a break in in 2013. I did a write up on my catching the burglar etc. One door is 75-kilos Thursday Swapped sessions around so Ken Williams and I can bench together tomorrow.
