Yes Peter, we like training I know it takes many people to make such a survey I just wanted to know when it is too much workout and when it is scarse. In case we made a search about strength and mass and we test some people, who will get more mass or stregth, or both? We could test only 1 muscle, right biceps, a static max hold at the end of range(fist close to shoulder) These subjects train as following: a)1 set, 8 secs hold, every day b)1 set , ...

Hi Talbot, I saw few comments about the way they train and Schroeder charges for his job, I do not blame him I do not know what 5-minute holds isometrics on these exercises could achieve. As this topic is about long duration holds, I do them once a week . I mean from 60 to 180 secs on 10 exercises. ...

Hi Sticks, yes, there is.
Jay's 5 minute holds we know, lunges, wall squats, dips, push and pull ups, hamstrings.
I do not know workout frequencies and its benefits and results(and drawbacks)
