I bought a couple of bottles of CBD oil for Sleep, and it does help. (CBD Distillery). Probably wont re-buy since its pricey, and the powder I use at night works better. In full agreement w/ Ray here. As we age, we shrink/atrophy, hormones decline, etc. (Normal aging process). If a newb started training at age 60 say, and upped his calories big-time, I think muscle can be built as they may not have had much before that. (Though, not a smart/healthy thing to do IMO)....

Yup, was going to mention Fred (thanks for doing so Peter) a very unique guy who trained right up to his sudden death.
