Just to update. I made the strap and using just for leg extensions. Heres my thoughts: Pros: Great device for my tiny shed! The homemade leather strap has made all the difference. It hits my quads very nicely. Cons: Time factor in setting it up ie bolting on the plates and securing the straps. But n...

I wish i could figure out how to resize photos the correct way lol. It kept coming up as too large, and now it looks very small compared to other peoples photos here ( a bit like my biceps...)

Just to update.I have finished steeping the plates in White Vinegar, some in Cocal Cola, then used drill wire brush to remove rust. Just a quick update. What i have been doing is 3 full body workouts per week. And for the first time in a long time, thoroughly enjoying my training again! Roughly i do a Power Snatch for warm up only, then full body. Nothing more structured than that. I am continuing to log my diary to keep an eye ...
