Deadlift 90x5
Bench Shoulder Grip 60x8
Pull Up Strict Wide Grip 10 reps total ( 7-2-1 rest pause)
Press 42.5x10
Belt Squat 28 x 12

Chins Curl Grip BW x6

Tonight:
Deadlift 80x5
Bench Shoulder Grip 55x8
Pull Up Wide Grip 10 strict reps in 2 mins 25 secs
Press 40 x 10
Belt Squat 25 x12
Dick Conner doesnt specify reps. So i will do 5s in the 3 lifts,and Day one press, and use higher reps in the other lifts. Bodyweight is 78. First week over. Thanks,Colin.

Nice workout template Colin . Did you ever purchase cables (strands) ? Hi Chris. I had a look on Ebay but couldnt find any, then forgot about it. Day one is meant to be Pulldowns, but i will have to substitute pull ups for them. Pull ups/chins twice per week will do me the world of good anyway! Colin

My gym is very small, being a garden shed. Maybe that`s largely why my snatches were known for being pretty accurate. Hi Colin, Well mate we have all been there, it goes with the territory if you stay with it long enough.Time and circumstance often demands we make changes in how we do things. This is not always easy if we have been focusing on something we really enjoy but for some reason is no longer appropriate....
