Re: Expanders
@ Harry Hayfield: While the device he is using us indeed a chest expander, it is not a BullWorker. I believe the BullWorker exercise manual, and pictures if it, are here on HOPC, in the library. Prior to being called the BullWorker, it was called the Tensolator. I have an original model of that one...

The home gym is scattered throughout the house and garage- for instance what is shown here is the doorway to my kitchen! I got fed up at 30 when the old gym was gradually hijacked ...

Re: Jan Delinger book
Hi Peter I recently picked up a copy of this book and makes for an interesting read. The author is certainly articulate and has obviously met many of the top names in the PC world. What was a bit wearisome was the non-stop name dropping and the style. There's a 350 word sentence on pp 23/24 -don't t...

Re: Reg park, speech and posing, Toronto 1988
I have an example of contrasting personalities -this time regarding boxers. Just over thirty years ago I was heading for the station after some business in London when coming towards me was a very large chap in a white tracksuit with an attractive blonde on his arm. “You’re George Foreman aren’t you...

Whoever composed these listings got Ted Gutteridge's name wrong.
I remember him well & if I'm not mistaken I think he died around 10 years ago.
Also knew Dave Stroud -a Wallasey lad at the time.

Re: SophieRAWTV
Hi Peter If it is “our” Sophie it’s well known that she is far from being a studio couch potato. This impressive extract from Wiki says a lot. ——————————————————————————————————— On 17 April 2011, Raworth completed the London Marathon, despite collapsing two miles from the finish line.[15] By 2017, ...
