I'm Mike 30 years old, living in Switzerland.
I've been lifting since my 18, had some up and downs with the training but I was always regular in my training.
I am very curious and always open for new tips and ways to enhance my training. I think I still have a lot to learn about, and indeed learned a lot more while adapting my training programs because of lockdowns. I rediscovered bodyweight training after years of neglicting it.
I'm happy to have found this forum, I'm not very active on forums, I tend to read more than writing.
