Hi all, new member from the UK. My name is Lol, I'm a 55 year old man with a past in weight training/odd object stuff/grip training.
I used to compete in grip contests at David Horne's in Staffordshire, but old age have negated the weights, grip etc and left me with resistance bands and a 95Kg anvil.
I have tried all avenues to find springs with sufficient extension and load to make a decent chest expander, even approached the Expanderkrank guys in Germany but to no avail.
Hope to learn a few things and possibly even track down some springs!
Regards, Lol
