Lesson 7 of 48 Mon 30th Jan
Shoulders and hip clocks
Quite a mentally challening lesson and I was unable to do the reverse directions, nor imagine them. Again I was rewarded with brand new hips and walking noticeable more light. Breathing also more free.
Lesson 8 of 48 Tues 31st Jan
Knees Falling to Side
Another lesson focusing on hips. Again I was rewarded with free hips. And again I am in total awe of Feldenkrais.

Lesson 9 of 49 Stomach to Sitting Tues 7th Feb 17
Oh it's a hard life rolling on the floor :D . This lesson really freed up my spinal rotation. And made walking turning so fluid. Great stuff.

Sorry for lack of updates. Up to 14 of 49 now which is Breathing. Still amazed at Feldenkrais and never cease to be impressed at the immediate changes. :D

Hi Colin,
always nice to hear of your progress and your results. The breathing lesson is just perfect for your singing too.
Regards, Peter.

Thanks Peter. Lesson 15 " Lengthening the Sides". This really set free the sides of me from hips, along sides of upper body then up to neck. Bruce Holmes CD is really clear.
