I wondered, at the end, why it felt so full on as it were, only to notice it was a tad over an hour. Usually I average 90+ minutes. I also should have done wrist curls not wrist roller... d'uh. I still need to do some pinch work.

Tues.May16. Squat day, all weights in lbs.B/W 168lb. Time 1hr.
1 bottom pause squat- bar x10,warm ups all x5-100,125,145,165,185,working sets 195 3x4,205 3x1,back off 165x11.
2 front squat-150 2x5
3 2 hand swing-70,3x20
4 back raise-65,2x13
5 ez curl-45x20,50x15,55x12 DS 45x10. no rest except to change weights.[just getting back into curls after elbow issue and feels good to do the higher reps.]
6 hanging leg raise-1x20.

1 Rack press- bar x10,75,85,95,105 x5,110,117 x1,122 3x1,95x9.
2 inc DB press- 2x60 x10, 2x65 x7 x6 x6.
3 dips B/W- 2X14 [just working back into dips again from elbow issue,felt fine.]
4 ab roller- 2x37.
5 neck raise - 50 2x25.
elbow holding up and feeling it out with dips which are OK.Will hit 20 before adding weight.

Sorry for lack of updates. Recently been so busy so was doing a twice per week routine taken from Texas Powerlifting book. I should be ok for 3 times per week now. So last night after watching some Ed Coan deadlift instructions on YouTube, I drilled light deadlifts. I really want to set form once and for all. Just 60 for 3s for half an hour. On each set I focused on just one of his cues. Then some Gironda pull ups. Hamstrings very sore today! Bw 76.2.

Short n sweet so I ca, hopefully, get to the seaside for a few hours. Just about to observe the minutes silence for Manchester too

to 66.25-kilos x 4 reps For which I struggled to get my sleeves on for (sweat and mega tight on the forearms)

Hammer DB Curls (across the body)
to 55-kilos x 6 hard ass reps

TPD
to 14p x 8 reps as there's no way I wanted to spend 5 minutes getting my sleeves on

BWT: 19st 13lbs (279lbs). I've not weighed myself in a few weeks and this was in shorts and a vest

Fighting low back stiffness due to sitting in work in a cramped office.

Squat stopped at 100x5 as something in high hamstring ready to tear.
Hindu Squats 3 sets 15
Band work for quads and glutes various
Jane Fonda :D stuff for glutes various
Hang knee tucks 4sets
30 mins hip stretch at end.
Disappointed had to stop the squats. I had watched an Ed Coan video and he said to open groin on descent. But the resulting hamstring contraction took me by surprise, and was not recovered after Mon anyway,so had to walk away.
