Close Grip Bench Press
to 142.5-kilos x 3 x 1 reps (last one the best)
Mid Iso Row
to 80-kilos a side x 8 reps
DOTBDLTO
to 170-kilos x 7 reps (one of my best sets ever)

Hi Chris. I had a look on Ebay but couldnt find any, then forgot about it. Day one is meant to be Pulldowns, but i will have to substitute pull ups for them. Hammer DB Curls
I wrote in my log '75kg dumbbells' before realizing it's 70 then 80 then 90's in the gym so...
80-kilos x 6 reps @

to 16p x 8 reps
Wrist Curls
I use a dumbbell and do one arm at a time
to 42.5-kilos x 8 reps @

Hi Steve, that seems like a massive jump between DB weights.It would be enough of a jump in lbs.

Deadlift 80x5
Bench Shoulder Grip 55x8
Pull Up Wide Grip 10 strict reps in 2 mins 25 secs
Press 40 x 10
Belt Squat 25 x12
Dick Conner doesnt specify reps. So i will do 5s in the 3 lifts,and Day one press, and use higher reps in the other lifts. Bodyweight is 78. First week over. Thanks,Colin.

To rotate between this and Power Squat Machine work
20 x 12 reps, 60-kilos x 12 reps, 115-kilos x 9 reps
Seated Leg Curls
12p x 20 reps, 17p x 20 reps, +5p x 12 reps
Leg Extensions
10p x 20 reps, 15p x 20 reps, stack x 17 reps
Leg Press

Hi Steve, no chance of the gym getting some in between weight DBs? While you may be able to handle the jump how do the lesser mortals go on. Most gyms go up in 2.5 kg jumps as far as i know.
