first impression . Took me back to PL competition days . Basic gear
the strong come to town . If I was 90 and in a wheelchair and saw this ...I'd still head downstairs to lift ...

I used to get that way after seminars. Like I wanted to lift for a week :D

A little light stretching and then some super light, for me, pinch work

Two Hand Pinch
Warmed up with 22.7kg set up then 62.7-kilos x 5 x 5 reps
