So Saturday and Sunday... Along with the support of 'er indoors I spent somewhere between 16 and 20 hours on the Powerhouse Aberdare stand or at the Aberdare Bike Races. It was, as these things are always, tiring but fun. I've a lovely bruise coming out on my left thigh were I repeatedly (3x in total - 2 cold and 1 was a rebend) bent the 'Goliath Bar'. What was really great was the crowd at the 2pm Sunday show and hearing (as I watched the videos after) kids reactions. Check out my Facebook page for photos etc

First session in a week (I needed a rest after both hard training and the show weekend). I took it easy
Leg Press
to 600-kilos x 12 reps
SSB Squats
to 140-kilos x 8 reps
Seated Leg Curl
(the seat position adjuster was broke)
to stack +5.5p x 20 reps
Leg Extensions
to stack x 15+3+2 reps
Stomach off (took pills after) so bwt 294lbs

Hi Steve, nice to have a break every now and then. Rarely had them in the past only if something came up when i had to miss a session. These days i take a week off every 6-8 weeks and it works wonders.
