with Dom and Ken (both progressing well)
to 152.5-kilos x 3 x 1 reps
Lat Pulldowns
Used cambered long stirrup handle(so more range than usual)
to stack +5.5p x 8 reps
Rolling Thunder
Using my stiff handle
to set up + 140-kilos x 3 x 1 BH. Felt good so 150 x 1 @, 160 x 1 @ (video), 170 x 1 @ and did a new WTF 180kg x 1 RH only
