Awesome training log but not for professional bodybuilding. My doc advised me use professional aas purchased in https://valkyrie-online.ws/

You are right Rick, Steve is not a professional or even amateur bodybuilder.What he is though is a very big,very strong man who can demonstrate his strength in various ways, including having one of the very strongest grips in the world and holding several records.His training is for function and it certainly works.
