Nearly. I recall Kaz having his taped at 18-inches at 320lbs bwt.

I've just been asked about competing in Dubai. As in flying out this week... damn. I can't go. Several reasons - not least cos my passport is well out of date. Expenses would have been covered. If I have any old man strength in me next year I'll be down for this. Dubai baby!

Tuesday
Two Hand Pinch
Equ (27.7kg) x 20 reps, 57.7-kilos x 20 reps, 86.45-kilos x 10+8 (nearly 9) reps in about 75-seconds.
The usual slow Tuesday start. Yesterday I ate what was for me the biggest steak I've ever had. Aldi's did a 'cowboy' steak (essentially the same as a Tomahawk steak). 940g on the bone (about 2lbs or 32oz total). I treated myself to this beast and managed to eat 99% of it with the cats getting some nibbles through the meal. Deffo fuel for a workout.

Ha, Ha. Maybe before your time but it was used by the meat marketing board at one time. Not sure about kinky but it was aimed at women to make sure the man was kept strong and virile by a regular supply of animal produce. ;)
