Sorry ive been away so long. My password, which i cant recall, is on my old laptop ( which i am using right now). I did a cycle of Starting Strength at end of 2018. Currently just doing muscle work 2- 3 times per week. Sometimes do Pilates. Hope you are all well! Colin.

to 170-kilos x 6 reps (took a few seconds between reps)

Seated Leg Curls
to stack +5.5 p x 15+4+1 reps

Hi Coilin, it is good to see you back on the forum and i am sure old Sticks is looking down and smiling. Hope you will be regular and fill us in on your training.If you contact Diane she will help you with your password and you can even change it.How is the singing going?

Thanks Peter. Yes i trained tonight and did what Chris always advised - hang from pull up bar at end of workout. As mine is outdoors, i was able to gaze up at the beautiful sky and think of him. Hard to take in, feels like a bad dream. Today started a split routine, reluctantly accepting im not 20yrs old anymore.....
Yes still on my singing journey, still determined!

Another less than stellar workout on pinch. Hmm. Yet the leg workout from hell yesterday was that brutal my hips ached in the evening. It started out with a super easy warm up and then I hit the wall on the heavy stuff. The only other difference to my routine was a short early-ish visit to town to the bank for some work I'm getting done on the house.

Yesterday i was away for the day so got the chance to visit a gym, about 45 mins from home. I was very pleased with its facilities. Everything there that a muscleman or powerlifter could ever want. No wonky incline benches, no dodgy dumbbells, and well maintained machines. Plenty of plates. One thing missing was comradery though. I said hello to a few users and smiled, but no-one replied. Others had headphones on. Others were mucking about on their mobile phones. When i was growing up in my gym, we truly were a pseudo family!
Anyway did some chest and lats, then stepping machine. Just going light these days. Thanks,Colin.
