Went out to lunch again last SUN with Teddy and Peter Vuono. (Peter wrote for many muscle mags over the years).
Ted's recovering from getting his 2 knee's done,a nd one shoulder, starting to get back in the shape that he was last year. Fun time...

They weren't joint replacements, but bone was shaved, and material was added to the joints, new technology I guess.
(I forget the actual name of the system). Ted is benching again, and its funny to hear him say "I'm working out with 185 now" (after just the empty bar), "feels good". Hey, its the 1st time in history I can bench more than him. :)

Quite the frame / bone structure on Ted. And super cool that Dave gets to go to lunch with these guys. My version of a similar story goes 'and Darth Vader brought me a sandwich and a beer' lol (Dave Prowse). :D

Read on Facebook . Awesome encounter with a legend . Late 1970s met Arthur Jones on
a Deland Florida trip . Used one of the original Nautilus pullover machines . His first and
best design .
