HI DAVE, GREAT TO HEAR TED IS BUILDING UP IN HIS TRAINING. THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE REAL IRON MEN AND THE PRETENDERS. NOT GIVING UP IN ADVERSITY AND STARTING WHEREVER YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO GET BACK INTO THE GAME. OTHERS GIVE UP AND TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY USED TO DO. SEE YOU ON SATURDAY.

At Ted's yearly Xmas party last week...
He's getting back into the training after 6 months of post surgery recuperation...
