HI DAVE, GREAT TO HEAR TED IS BUILDING UP IN HIS TRAINING. THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE REAL IRON MEN AND THE PRETENDERS. NOT GIVING UP IN ADVERSITY AND STARTING WHEREVER YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO GET BACK INTO THE GAME. OTHERS GIVE UP AND TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY USED TO DO. SEE YOU ON SATURDAY.dhartnet wrote:They weren't joint replacements, but bone was shaved, and material was added to the joints, new technology I guess.
(I forget the actual name of the system). Ted is benching again, and its funny to hear him say "I'm working out with 185 now" (after just the empty bar), "feels good". Hey, its the 1st time in history I can bench more than him.
