Hi, as Pete Sisco, Little recommends to train once every 7 to 12 days
I have got his book, he says it is scientifically proof
You train each body part once a month, 1 full contraction, 6 secs each
He says at omega sets you have got 3 kind of tensions(no reps)
1)the positive which is the weakest
It seems you must stand 6 secs each position for every exersice,
workout split in 3 , you rest 7 to 10 days between worouts
