It,s done,my new petproject works like a charm,it,s a dynamic isometric device with a real tough spring.This spring can handle pullweight around 200 kg,around 440lbs so bring it on!!!I can now train my weakspots in deadlift and bicepcurl although in bc there,s no weak spot.... :lol:

You can feel the spring go so there is always a indication that there is pullaction.
