I've just finished Norman's self published book "My Life - A Balancing Act" and what a great read it is. I doubt Norman would actually claim to be a technically great writer but what he has managed to do is pull off a sort of rambling collection of memories strung together in such a way as it really feels as if you are actually listening to him chatting to you. It's a really nice way to do it and makes it easy to read. Some lovely memories in there from PC History, the War, Oscar Heidenstam and particularly Showbiz. Some great photos too. Norman has certainly lived an interesting life to say the least!
I really would recommend it to HOPC members who I'm sure will definitely enjoy it.
