Today marks the 120th anniversary of the 1st modern Olympic Games and in honor of the occasion Google is featuring 4 different Doodles on their homepage for the day to commemorate it.

I don't know if the men in any of these Google Doodles are based on the actual champions in the events they portray, but in any case: Viggo Jensen of Denmark won the two hand lift event, Robert Garrett of the United States won the shot put event, Louis Zutter of Switzerland won the pommel horse event, and depending on what event the runner may represent; Thomas Burke of the United States won the 100 metres & 400 metres events, Edwin Flack of Australia won the 800 metres & 1500 metres events, and Spiridon Louis of Greece won the marathon event.
