A little British Nostalgia..."Body-builder adviser George Greenwood and Deputy Editor, John Mendes talk to Jim Pedley in Tottenham Court Road, London. On this street corner, a stone’s throw from “Health & Strength” offices. Jim was selling newspapers until a few weeks ago.‘H & S’, photo by Fred Cooper."

Dear Members,

With the arrival of Fall, the HOPC turned its attention to dusting off the Forum. Our 'cleaning' ritual included sorting and pruning our Forum Membership list including those who joined but never actively participated since the Forum’s inception back in 2014.

We now have a total of 84 contributing members. We hope everyone will continue to join in the discussion group. Our forum prides itself in offering a warm and friendly environment where members respect one another's opinion. We welcome new ideas and insights into all matters pertaining to physical culture.

New members are asked to please introduce themselves in the Greetings and Introductions sub-forum. This not only helps build relationships with fellow members but serves as a foundation for meaningful dialogue.

If you have any ideas on how we can improve the Forum, please present them by responding to this post. We welcome your ideas and suggestions including new topics for the Forum.

Thank you for your participation. We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Diane Robert
Chief Librarian/Site Administrator
