I have just heard from Gill Waldron that world class strand pulling champion, Malcolm Bartlett has passed away after battling a brain tumor. Malcolm was a member of the well known strand puling Bartlett family and one time holder of many world records. This must be an especially severe blow to parents Jim and Sheila who have already lost daughter Linda to cancer.Condolences to the Bartlett family and friends. Malcolm RIP.

Sad news for Jim and Sheila. Malcolm was their second loss to cancer. Their daughter died a few years ago. Jim is taking it badly
