Thanks Diane, another good one from Grimek.Simple, basic and covering the whole body. Not enough time is one of the many excuses for not training but something like this two or three times a week will reap wonderful benefits if done consistently with progressive weight increases. Also a good 'stand by' routine when ready for a change but not sure of the direction to take.
