Hi Ray, i believe Manfred's phone has been cut off for a while as has his Facebook page. If he is still with us maybe he just does not want to be in communication. This happened with a good friend who became depressed and just cut off all contact with most people he knew well. Still a big mystery though.

yes peter it remains a mystery. as you know he is austrian, what was he doing in a pub in manchester?was he working the door? if so then you have got to wonder why.he is in his mid to late 50s. 57 i believe. hopefully linda edmunds or douglas will find out. linda had his phone number, but it has been deleted. heinz olech his one time training partner has tried to contact him to no avail. as dale said over in i.h. maybe he is in witness protection. i just hope he is alive and well. regards, ray.

As we have said without any information (name of pub, street, location in Greater Manchester, date and time) Greater Manchester Police are unable to shed any light.

douglas edmunds phoned magnus samulsen yesterday.he mentioned to him about manfreds demise.just so happens that magnus had spoke to manfred yesterday morning and that he is alive and well. great news at last.
