Bit late with this, but sad to report the passing of the late,great actor Kirk Douglas on February 5th at 103 years of age. A Physical Culture fan for most of his life he always looked in terrific shape for his action movies.Best known for his role as Spartacus, it was the boxing film the Champion i believe were his physique was first unveiled.Surviving a helicopter crash in 1991 and a stroke in 1996, he continued to be as active as possible until his demise.I will be doing a write up soon of his training that kept him in such good condition over the years.RIP Kirk Douglas.
