Fantastic book, well written and of course we love our Sticks illustrations, the best, this is the sort of book that should really be bought to help out all those guys unable to get at the weights and still wished to train, you cant beat strands, chest expanders, springs for a change in workouts and you will be amazed how great they are for pumping triceps, just the thing, well done guys; David Gentle

Thank you Diane for putting everything together so well.Thank you David,as you well know i have been a cable fan and user most of my life,a terrific training tool, so simple yet so effective.I can see many pluses from using cables but no minuses. I really hope the content will be of value to others, but to be honest it is worth having just for Stick's terrific illustrations. Also glad that any proceeds will help the HOPC site to continue.
Regards,Peter.
