Ditto Tom, must tell you, remember those really tough grippers you so kindly gave me? well i had a visit from Paul shaw who actually closed then over and over with one hand, whereas i couldnt shut them with two hands and the wife standing on my shoulders. He has got to be on something , i think its chocolate drops. David Gentle

I can't believe I'm reading this post from you David and I know already from Peter's email that you've gone... this may well then have been one of the very last posts you've put up on your own site - an extraordinary work from an extraordinary man.

Yes, it was only a month and a bit ago with those French grippers (Sandow like but much, much harder to close) and of course the strands, which you said you never pulled but I bet they were of course easy... Paul's definitely got some good power...

David, I can't bear to talk about you in the past tense, so for the while, I won't...
