
I received a request from one of our loyal followers for the missing pull-out chart from Sandow's "Strength and How to Obtain It". The book is currently in our Library minus the chart. https://davidgentle.com/sandow/sando ... index.html
The gentleman who requested the chart practices Sandow's exercise program and would be most grateful to receive a copy of the chart. In the book there is a series of tables with the number of repetitions for each exercise. It is clear that the exercises are the same as from Sandow's earlier work, but there are a total of 21 rather than 17 exercises. Sandow reduced the numbers for most of the exercises, but the additional four exercises are only described in the book's fold out chart.
