That set looks to be not only complete, but in great condition too. So do you own or have you ever used spring grip dumbbells, Colin?

Hi Danny sorry for slow reply. I have never seen one. Funny enough I am thinking of trying some grip training as I have never tried it. Well apart from the time I bought the starter Captain Crush and can't even close it once

Nothing to be sorry for, you reply when you're able to. :)

The spring-grip dumbbells have been around for well over 100 years, they were originally invented & patented by Eugen Sandow. I have a couple different pairs & 1 single of old 7-spring Sandow spring-grip dumbbells as well as a pair of rare H. Broom spring grip dumbbells (which are made of wood & have 5 springs). They can be enjoyable to workout with.
