This question was posted on our Facebook page by a person from West Virginia who has a keen interest in the history of combat and has studied ancient and classical history at West Virginia State.I am in search of a work out poster circa early to middle 1970s I believe it was in a Bob Hoffman Strength and Health Magazine. It was a poster of the classic Hercules statue( the one were he is leaning on the rock or pillar club at his side and line skin draped over the rock or pillar. What it consisted of was the various exercises with weights one could do to build such a muscular form and I have been looking for it for a while. Most references on the net talk about Dwayne Johnsons movie work out and that's all but I wanted to go old school on this. So if anyone knows of or even has a copy I can save to my pictures I would be grateful so thanks in advance guys and gals .

"Great heavens, what is there to adulate in me? Am I particularly intelligent, or remarkably studious, or excruciatingly witty, or unusually accomplished, or exceptionally virtuous?"
