Liked and subscribed to the channel and this is rather like that gym I found by accident in Aberaeron last week, but on a much larger scale. I can't tell if the owner has joined the forum yet (but he liked my post about it)

Nice video, thanks for sharing it Colin! Based on Leo Stern's stated age in the piece, it must be from circa 2003/2004. Leo passed away in 2009, but thankfully Shannon Brown has Stern's Gym up & running and it's still going strong after 70 years.

THANKS FOR POSTING COLIN. DID NOT KNOW IT WAS STILL IN OPERATION. WILL HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT NEXT TIME I AM IN SAN DIEGO VISITING FAMILY.

A friend of mine transitioned to the west coast after his second year
of college . He joined Stern's gym and resumed his training for football .
He absolutely loved this place and raved about Leo and his members .
These places today are too few and far between . Nice post ...
