Started ok but hit the wall towards the end
Iso Press
to 72.5-kilos x 4 reps

Hammer DB Curls
to 90-kilos x Fail.

TPD
to 16p x 6+2 reps

Wrist Curls
to 42.5-kilos x 8 reps RH. Hit the wall with my left.

( Chris i trained again to J Lo CD, not sure what disc, but was real nice...)
Deadlift 90x5
Bench Shoulder Grip 60x8
Pull Up Strict Wide Grip 10 reps total ( 7-2-1 rest pause)
Press 42.5x10
Belt Squat 28 x 12

Hi guys, Made all desired reps, except last set last rep.

1. Military Press warm up: 65 x8, 85 x6, 105 x 3...work sets 5x2 112.5 lbs, deload 90 lbs 3 x 6,6, and "only" 5
2. Side laterals 20 lbs x 10,8,6

really felt worked at shoulders
3. Exercise Bike 20 min

Total Time: 52 min
Happy

Tomorrow plan on Overhand Deadlifts,,then im going to try some Squats,,but just 3/4 squats with only 65 lbs--just 3x6 is the goal..

Years ago we met her at the Turning Stone casino .My mom who
was close to 90 said Jennifer looks as if she was made of gold .Golden skin , golden hair.
Probably a golden heart too because she was absolutley wonderful to mom as they jabbered
away in spanish . She was appearing at the event center, packs them in and never disappoints .
The Birdman would approve ...

Close Grip Bench Press
to 142.5-kilos x 2 x 1 reps, 145-kilos x 1 x 1 reps

Low Row
Medium width d-ring handle
to stack +5p x 12 reps (other sets were 15)

DOTBDLTO
to 170-kilos x 9 reps (7+2 had to stop to push the plates back on)
