So Saturday and Sunday... Along with the support of 'er indoors I spent somewhere between 16 and 20 hours on the Powerhouse Aberdare stand or at the Aberdare Bike Races. It was, as these things are always, tiring but fun. I've a lovely bruise coming out on my left thigh were I repeatedly (3x in total - 2 cold and 1 was a rebend) bent the 'Goliath Bar'. What was really great was the crowd at the 2pm Sunday show and hearing (as I watched the videos after) kids reactions. Check out my Facebook page for photos etc

Hi Steve, nice to have a break every now and then. Rarely had them in the past only if something came up when i had to miss a session. These days i take a week off every 6-8 weeks and it works wonders.
Regards,Peter.
