Jan Delinger book

Post by David Gentle » Wed Nov 27, 2019 11:04 am

Hi everyone, Just read super behind the scenes, and batch of articles, book written by Jan Dellinger Named The Dellinger Files. Jan served over 25 years with York and was editor of Grimeks magazine Muscular Development. I would not normally go through this effort to recommend a book, but feel you are truly missing on a classic if you dont obtain a copy, you wont regret it. its only available from John Wood at Oldtime Strongmen .com and costs in US dollars $29.99 plus post. Make a great present to any real iron game fan. contact John direct via the pre mentioned site mentioning the book and also please mention the source you found your information to get the best deal. As ourselves an Iron Game history site, we support all good honest causes in the interests of preserving the memories of our chosen sport and way of life. David Gentle
