Hi Guys, thought i would start a new training log thread for the new year. Here is the workout i will be doing today.
Trap bar deadlift.
Weighted dips alternated with 1 arm rowing
Press alternated with cable side raise
Thick bar curl alternated with triceps press down
Wrist roller alternated with wrist curls
Toe press on leg press machine
Various ab work.
