anyone got some good scans of some old school full body workouts? not a fan of split training. will do upper/lower at times but i like a basic compound routine. Old school baby !

What are your goals? Give us a clue. Otherwise, barbell hack squats and deads, pull ups, sprints, and dips, or 20 rep squats and GOMAD. Hope this helps.

Check the John Christy thread, there's a whole load of abbreviated full body 2x a week programs in there.

If you can, try this Reg Park program, but it's higher volume.

The Don Dorans full body, three times a week schedules/course available on the site, Diane will let you know where it is, it produced more Mr Britains than any other courses combined, guyslike Spencer Churchill were pupils, I lifter my bench press 100lbs in a month on one of his schedules, take a look back at old Health and Strength ads and read about the course or as i say , look on this site. recommended and it changes every 4 weeks so no staleness.
