Sounds great Chris and glad i got a taste of it when i visited you,something that must be repeated.But just one thing, what the heck is wrong with thonged assistants???

Not a thing until the new members realize the two leggy , buxom
drop dead beautiful assistants were there ONLY for the sign up at
the fern club and were back down jockeying wings @ Hooter's when
the ink was dry .

Flex gym in Syracuse is the only surviving old school weight room
in the zip code . Late 60s-early 70s there were 4-5 dozen hardcore
mainstream gyms and another dozen "key clubs"...
